Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of our feminine wellness and skincare products, we cannot accept returns based on:

  • Sensitivity reactions or perceived lack of suitability
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with results
  • Skin type compatibility concerns

Every individual's skin type and biology vary, and results may differ from person to person. We encourage customers to review product ingredients and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Opened or Used Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for an eligible item, please contact us at perfectlyher12@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 876-587-0605 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for unopened items within the 14-day window, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no charge. Please contact us immediately at perfectlyher12@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 876-587-0605 if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
