SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:
- Jamaica (local delivery and Knutsford Express pickup)
- Canada
- United Kingdom
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Jamaica – Junction, St. Elizabeth
- Shipping Rate: JMD $500
- Delivery Method: Bearer delivery
- Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days
Jamaica – Knutsford Express Pickup
- Our Handling Fee: JMD $300 (paid at checkout)
- Knutsford Express Fee: JMD $700 (paid directly to Knutsford Express at pickup)
- Total Cost: JMD $1,000
How it works:
- Place your order and select Knutsford Express delivery
- Pay JMD $300 handling fee at checkout
- We deliver your package to Knutsford Express within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation
- Pick up your package at your nearest Knutsford Express location
- Pay JMD $700 directly to Knutsford Express at collection
- Present a valid ID at pickup
Note: Knutsford Express delivers to all parishes except St. Thomas. Please use your nearest Knutsford Express location as your pickup address — not your home address.
Jamaica – Zipmail Delivery
- Zipmail Service Fee: JMD $500
- Bearer Collection & Drop-off Fee: JMD $1,000
- Total Cost: JMD $1,500
- Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days
How it works: Place your order and pay JMD $1,500 at checkout. Our bearer collects the package from our location and drops it off at the post office.
Canada
- Shipping Rate: JMD $2,500 (approximately USD $16)
- Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
United Kingdom
- Shipping Rate: JMD $2,500 (approximately USD $16)
- Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country
- These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are determined by your local customs office
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email at perfectlyher12@gmail.com.
